Vagina Museum ‘Lip Service’ zine: Sex Work and Decriminalisation

Vagina Museum ‘Lip Service’ zine: Sex Work and Decriminalisation
9 June 2026

Our friends at the Vagina Museum have launched their 5th publication of their zine, ‘Lip Service’. Each quarterly issue is dedicated to a different theme with this quarter dedicated to discussion on sex work and decrim! We are honoured to be featured in this latest issue.

For this Issue we solicited works that centre sex workers and works that call for decriminalisation, putting the needs of sex workers up front and centre. We are so excited to share an incredible collection of essays, stories, and visual works exploring the emergent tensions in the discourse, including works exploring gender, disability, motherhood, class, agency and safety.” – Alex and Katja, Lip Service Editorial Team

Issue 5 features National Ugly Mugs’ CEO, Lynsey Walton, and resident zine genius, Sally, in discussion about safety, sex workers’ demand for decriminalisation, and the ‘Making Marks’ sex worker art exhibition. Lynsey and Sally are in great company, appearing in this publication alongside poetry, commentary, musings and artwork all centred on lived experience.

The Vagina Museum sells digital and print copies of Lip Service online and in store: Lip Service Issue #5 – Sex Work & Decriminalisation – Vagina Museum
