Our casework team are available 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Friday. Any messages or reports received outside of these hours will be responded to as soon as someone is available.

Our online chat is available in our members’ area during:

Tuesdays, 1-3pm
Thursdays, 1-3pm

If you are in urgent need of support outside of these hours:

Call the emergency services on 999 if you are in immediate danger
Call 101 if you would like to contact the police in a non-emergency situation and feel able to do so
Use this website to find your nearest sexual assault referral centre
