NUMbrella Lane receives 3 years of funding from National Lottery
22 September 2022
We are delighted to announce that NUMbrella Lane, our in-person wellbeing service for sex workers in Glasgow, has been awarded 3 years’ worth of funding by the National Lottery Community Fund for Scotland. This award is made possible by National Lottery players across the UK, and ensures that we will be able to continue providing services for sex workers across Scotland and beyond to support health, wellbeing and community.
The National Lottery Community Fund, Scotland Chair, Kate Still, said:
“National Lottery funding can make amazing things happen in local communities across the country. This project delivered by NUMbrella Lane is a great example of community activity in action, showing just what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause or to help others. National Lottery players can be proud to know that the money they raise is helping to support this vital work and to help communities thrive.”
