NUM x Crimestoppers: A Partnership for Safety

NUM have partnered with Crimestoppers, an independent charity that gives people the power to speak up and stop crime, 100% anonymously. By phone and online, 24/7, 365 days a year.

No police contact. No witness statements. No courts.

If you have information on a suspected criminal, or have information on a crime, and want to remain anonymous just call 0800 555 111 or use Crimestoppers’ online form. In an emergency, call 999.

When to contact NUM

You should contact NUM if:

  • you have experienced crime, harm or violence yourself (as a sex worker)
  • you are reporting on behalf of a sex worker who has (with their consent)
  • you would like to receive support from NUM’s casework team

When to contact Crimestoppers

You should contact Crimestoppers if:

  • you have witnessed a crime or have knowledge about a crime that has happened, or may potentially happen in the future

Crimestoppers are able to potentially provide a reward for your information if it leads to a positive result.

Most Wanted

Much like NUM’s alerts, you can also stay alert to other potentially dangerous individuals through the Crimestoppers’ list of the UK’s Most Wanted criminals – have a look at Crimestoppers’ Most Wanted Gallery. You can filter this using locations, crime types and keywords. Please note that some of the information on these pages may be triggering.
