Job Opportunity: Casework Administrator

We are looking for a Casework Administrator to work as part of the NUM Casework Team from our Head Office in Manchester.
The role will involve supporting caseworkers in the running of NUM services, and uses a variety of digital tools to engage with thousands of sex workers throughout the UK to share information that will allow them to make informed decisions about their safety whilst working. We are looking for someone with strong skills in administration, communication, empathy and an ability to deliver advice, support and advocacy.
