The first iteration of the project focused on the experiences of racialised sex workers across five key areas of public life. The Racial Justice research team created a set of policy briefs exploring the intersections of structural racism and anti-sex worker discrimination across policing, healthcare, housing, higher education, and support services. Full reports on the page.
Reporting Tool
With the insights of the community, our members now have access to a new reporting tool. Sex workers face not only a risk of harm from clients, but from institutions and individuals in trusted positions such as police or doctors. The new report form allows NUM members to report professionals and access casework assistance with navigating complaints recovery and justice processes.
