Job Opportunity: Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a specialism in business systems, digital services, financial and charity management. The role will manage admin and marketing roles and work with our tech partner, financial management and HR firms to support NUM’s operations.
The role will involve supporting the CEO in strategic planning, forecasting, bid writing, overseeing data collection and report writing across projects for grants, and ensuring that NUM, as a charity, is compliant in all aspects of operations. We are looking for someone with skills in project management, financial management, staff support, strong communication skills and team leadership.
