Job Opportunity: Victim Support Caseworker (Scotland)

We are looking for someone with experience of providing support to victims of crime and harm to join our casework team in a Scotland-based role.
The casework team form NUM’s core work. Their role involves supporting sex workers who are victims of crime and harm to access the resources that they need for healing, justice and safety on their terms. The role will involve working with a variety of agencies and services within and outside the legal system to ensure sex workers are able to receive the support they require on an individual and systemic level.
The core responsibilities of this role are:
- Providing victim support case work to Scotland-based sex workers
- Supporting members to access resources in keeping with their rights and entitlements
- Providing support through the criminal justice system if necessary
We particularly invite people with lived experience of sex work to apply.
The role is a temporary contract for 4 days per week, with a pro-rata salary of £23,400. The role is hybrid, involving some remote working as well as some in-person working at NUMbrella Lane, our Glasgow-based drop in.
