NUM’s casework team are available to provide support during the COVID-19 pandemic, whether that’s just a listening ear or a request for information and resources available to sex workers and support to access these. Financial issues, health concerns and isolation have all had a significant impact on the sex work community.
The casework team is available to sex workers across the country Monday-Friday, 10am- 4pm on 0161 629 9861 or email casework@nationaluglymugs.org.
Online Chat
Many sex workers have been struggling financially, and some need support to buy food. We now have a dedicated online chat service where you can speak to a friendly NUM team member to find out about our food voucher program and any additional support we can offer.
NUM online chat is for sex workers only and is available at the following times:
