Happy Valentines Day, everyone!

Here’s what we did in 2025 towards ending all forms of violence against sex workers ❤️

• Caseworkers received 1,047 reports of harmful incidents and produced over half a million to prevent further violence and inform sex worker safety strategies. It costs us £25,000 each year to send SMS alerts, enabling members without smart phones to receive life-saving intel.
• 756 sex workers accessed Vocational Support
• We paid for 214 therapy sessions to support access to mental health professionals.
• Glasgow’s community drop-in, NUMbrella Lane, was visited by 176 sex workers.
• Our support staff provided thousands of pounds in emergency vouchers to members in crisis situations, to reduce poverty and alleviate risks to their safety and wellbeing.
• We released 3 new editions of the community-led zine Under The Red Umbrella

The sex working community informs NUM’s services throughout, from research and development to delivery.
